This article has given me pause to think. The business I run currently has a ladies night every Thursday. This is extremely useful as my customer demographic is 90% male, and offering this has produced an increase in the number of female customers.

However assuming AZ has an equivelent to -

Civil Code section 51.6, Gender Tax Repeal Act of 1995, provides, (b) No business establishment of any kind whatsoever may discriminate, with respect to the price charged for services of similar or like kind, against a person because of the person’s gender.

Then i might need to reconsider offering this, or offer an equivalent deal for guys.

tbh I wouldn't mind separate bathrooms on planes for each sex. Everyone knows women are far messier in bathrooms anyway. And they take more time.
