I've known this girl, Sarah, for a few months since we are part of the same club in college. Because it's now summer, our club is going to beach week together next weekend. In a group chat with some of our other friends, here is what she said

Sarah: Also do yall know anyone going who would want to go on runs with me? I can't not work out for a week I will die

Me: I'm down for some cardio, especially on the beach

Sarah: Haha ok, and I was thinking about maybe finding a gym too I'm not kidding

Later that same day, I privately texted Sarah this

Me: I'm planning to go for a run tomorrow, wanna join?

Sarah That could be fun! We should def run at the beach.. Tbh I only run when I'm forced to bc I have asthma outside lol

I haven't responded to that yet. I'm guessing this means a no, but I'm not really too sure what to make of it. What do you guys think she means by this and how should I respond? My text game isn't really good but it's something I want to improve on.
