You need to make a realization.

You have your internal values, your standards. Whenever someone acts in a way that transgresses our own values, we feel anger. You hold other people to your own standards. So when your inner value is to always tell the truth, and someone lies to you, you feel anger at said person, because he/she transgressed our standards.

This is why you feel anger for women, you see them acting in ways you deem amoral and therefore you are angry with them.

You can stop this anger phase by realizing you cannot hold your personal standards to other people. You can't control them, you can only control yourself. Anger is a useless emotion, stop trying to control others and focus on yourself.

There's nothing wrong with being angry or with hating women or with being misogynistic.

What's wrong is if you let your feelings control you. If your anger helps you get extra reps at the gym and your hatred helps you not give a fuck and get laid on the regular while cutting dead weight women out of your life, that's great.

But if you're constantly acting like an annoying shit and letting your slip show and it's hindering your success at life, you need to learn to control yourself. It's not like women are the only shitty people you're going to have to deal with. Are you going to be a dick when you don't like the guy interviewing you for your next job?

time and more experience. continue to hang out, participate and absorb information and stories. continue to focus on self improvement in the real world, and getting the things that you want in life. thats all you can do

Time. Took me a good while (three years?) to get over all of this. Just try to progress in other aspects in your life besides women during that time.

The key for me was realizing that people are always going to be pieces of shit. Women don't treat others badly simply because they're women. It's just human nature to do so.

Would you start hating men just because one dude in HS was an asshole to you? Probably not. Have you treated someone poorly? Almost certainly. You want women to treat you better? Be worth treating well.

I'm not going to tell you not to be angry. Anger can either fuel you or impede you. Personally, I choose to let it do the former. To get out of the anger phase, I recommend you do the same.
