Tim Brown, his family and friends and the media all expected that the children would be returned to Brown immediately. No reason has been given as to why the court did not return Brown's children to him.

No need to. He's a man. It's self evident that he can't care for kids.

Until she kidnapped them, Christin Brown had not been allowed to see the children for a year.

How many men are in this exact same situation? Would they get any kind of compassion if they did the same? Would any judge ever award custody to his parents, instead of to the actual mother?

She allegedly was abusive to her husband and children and had several orders of protection against her.

But that's ok because she did it out of love. That's her only problem – she just loves too much.
