This makes me fucking furious. How do women think they have the right to do this shit?

There was a case in the UK where a mother put a baby up for adoption without telling the father. He found out just in time to file for custody. The child services people handling the case had a better idea though. They pushed through the adoption extra quick before the man's request had time to process. He took them to court, but the judge said that although what the child services people had done was morally reprehensible, it was not illegal. Therefore the adoption stood, and a father can never see his child.

I dunno.. seems ok to me. He gets to leave a free genetic present for the future and not have to take any responsibility for it.

As a childless man I have to tell you that I think the system worked better for young Cody than he is prepared to realize.
