Yeah, many women can get a lot of dick if they want it too, but it isn't okay to do if they are in an exclusive relationship (and they may not want to anyway, out of self respect or since it takes time to properly learn your partner in bed).

If a person in a exclusive relationship starts getting a wandering eye, they can either break it off, work out a compromise (It is reasonably common for women to like the idea of multiple people in bed or they may even like women to some extent), or deal with the feelings that make them want to go outside the marriage, or, of course, they can alternatively face the possibility of retaliation by the person that thought they were in true love. What isn't okay is to be a piece of crap.... too much of that already. This isn't just about selfishness either, it is also about resentment towards their partner and is also often used as a means to get back at them in some way.

It isn't that big of a deal to get pussy, especially nowadays... and especially pussy that is in its 40s.

As far as the double standard between men and women in the criminal justice system, I absolutely agree.

I think it is a bit beyond humiliation, at least for the wife. I imagine if you find out your spouse resents you, has betrayed you, is that selfish and that however many years you were together were a complete lie, it can rip your whole life out from beneath you and it has very long term negative effects that can effect quality of life. It isn't quite just humiliation.

I didn't say they had the right to what they did. Not in the least. Just that people who are shitty shouldn't be surprised when shitty things happen to them. If this guy wasn't total trash, then he wouldn't have been in that situation in the first place. Being fucked over emotionally is at least as detrimental as assault in its own way and yet we have no avenue to seek justice. It never surprises me that the desire for justice drives people to do shitty things to the person that hurt them so deeply.

Mutilate is probably a bit strong of a word... I seriously doubt he'll lose more than a little bit of skin and his pride.

I am not really making any points about how the justice system treats men differently than women. I'm not having that argument since it is pretty obvious that it seriously fucks over men and coddles women.
