Imagine a woman paying for a drunk guys cab fare that she barely knew who called her up and said he was coming over to fuck her.

Imagine her not kicking him out onto the street because she was worried what kind of trouble he could get into while drunk and alone at night.

Just...wow. What great social commentary.

He should have gotten a receipt from the cabbie, made an audio recording of her attempts at seduction (with her permission, which would have been easy to acquire in her state), not fucked her, and politely asked to be reimbursed for the cab fare later. And on the off chance that she accused him of sexual assault, he could have handed her a copy of the recording, and told her that he would see to it that the original could be admissible as evidence.

He shouldn't have banged her. He could have ended up in a world of hurt. I'd have told the cabbie to call the police.
