Wrong. Texas Teen sentenced to 10 years probation for consensual sex, eventually moved to 60 years in prison for multiple violations of parole and drug use.

It's still way out of proportion, but this is not a Men's Rights issue. If a 17 year-old girl had sex with a 12 year-old boy, she would probably be assigned probation, as well.
