And while I stand by my initial reason for excluding male employees - because they have an easy ride in TV - if I were to do it again, I'd definitely employ men. In fact, I'd probably employ only men.

My nightmare would be to work in an office full of just women. There's no "blessed sisterhood." It's mostly backstabbing, gossip, and catty infighting. You can't trust anyone and half the time the people you think are your friends are just waiting for the right time to throw you under the bus. You can't get your work done for all the gossiping and bullshit that goes on, and if you stay out of it, you wind up with everyone turning on you. It's like an immune response.

Oh, and women who spend a lot of time together tend to have their periods synchronize too, so you wind up with an office full of PMSing women... Hell. Pure hell.
