When you live at separate locations, you can always leave if the situation demands it. If you get in an argument, or she starts treating you poorly, you can withdraw and get some space, spend a few days by yourself, deciding how big of a problem it is and if you want to continue the relationship. As soon as you move in with her you lose that freedom. Compounding this, you'll be seeing a lot more of her, so all the tiny little faults you each overlooked or ignored in the past become greatly magnified, making it more likely for the two of you to get into situations where you would need that space in the first place (but can't because hey, you moved in together).

I'd recommend against it in the strongest terms possible.

Police will kick you out she has all the power and if your beta she will cheat in your bed while your at school i would not do this 2-5 years of cohabitating makes them dry up and she will get bored.And you will come home one day and she will say WE NEED TO TALK.

I would rather not be on the lease, which also gives you the freedom to just leave at anytime. No legal issues to deal with, i would let her do the lease herself and not include you. Just tell her you "trust her" make it like you are doing her some favour. I don't see the advantage of having everything in your name , this way you can just up and leave anytime problem free

Why do you need to live with a woman? Don't do it!!! If you absolutely have to make sure the lease is in your name and all of the utilities are in your name.

Ask yourself this "How protected am I?" In every way. If she calls the cops and says you beat her? Raped her? If she steals something? If she breaks up and moves out? If she cheats on you?

Financially, legally and every other way. How protected are you? Don't think about "Oh she'd never do that to me." Or go ahead and think it. I'm sure that will work out like it did for every other guy fucked over by women.

Now I don't hate women, I love them actually. I'm just not going to put myself in a position to get fucked over by them if I can help it. I won't live with or marry one. And I'm already snipped so no babies.

Just protect yourself as much as you can and keep an eye on her. She's not perfect.
