Um, you can say I'm a hardcore anti-feminist guy. But in this case I think this is justified: you can't blame the woman for being pregnant, it is natural inequality. No one said the guy wouldn't be kept if he were to be pregnant, but he can't. If It's something natural and neither gender has control over it, then it's not an inequality situation that we created.

The company was going to fire one or the other person anyway, and it would be unequal treatment if the guy in the same situation were let go. But that is not the case. I'd say, tough luck man, but not necessarily outrageously unfair.
