Let's say a woman is talking to me and laughing, this guy will drop in to tell her to ignore me if the joke is stupid OR will just comment from outside the conversation to get her and people's attention.

Let's say I'm asking something social to one of them and he's around, he'll start saying stuff like "don't tell him, he doesn't need to know.."

Let's say I try to start a conversation with any of the women and he's around, if he doesn't like the topic he starts with "don't listen to him, just ignore him..."

This behavior, again and again, is really making me angry. All I want to do is turn around and smash his face. What the hell is his problem, in your opinion? Or is this just a test?

EDIT: this not only happens with women, but with other coworkers or managers as well. The difference is, with women it really pisses me off.
