Ladies,

Recently, a guy from OLD asked for a 'meetup' instead of formally asking me out on a date or a dinner.

Should I go for it? I am reminded that FDS rejects coffee date or hang out or something subtle along the line, but in this context where we both are in OLD, do you think it's understandable to use such a term?

Not trying to be a pedantic but I'm not interested with wishy washy guys.
