Hello, TRP. I know one of the core ideas of RP and improving oneself is lifting, and I have no excuse for not doing so. I've always loved swimming. I go swimming 3-4 times a week. Before i started i used to be a couch potato and made the mistake of letting myself go. I built some serious stamina, improved cardiovascular fitness, decreased body fat and generally feeling a lot better. I know swimming would build little to no mass. I used to lift back in high school for a good while but quit due to hectic schedule. I started again while swimming, after lifting jumping straight in the water. I went like that for a little while, then quit again, because swimming didn't go as well after lifting, getting tired pretty quickly, sticking only with swimming.

I'm not disliking lifting, but I enjoy swimming a lot more, in fact, I'm loving it every bit of it, always did. From the simple feeling of getting soaked to working hard. I'd do both, but i can't do them both properly.
