You can never be sure because most of the cases are never reported unfortunately, same as male victims of domestic abuse.

I have seen a very wide range of statistics for that, from under 10% to over 60%. So reliable statistics are hard to come by for this matter.

IIRC most child abusers are women but most child sex abusers are men.

I think it's harder to make data on children victims than for adults because they are less likely to report it maybe (vulnerability and all this stuff) :p so I don't know.

Probably most of them but it's hard to say because female perpetrators are uniformly ignored.
