Okay you need to get a fucking grip of yourself. You're not a lurker by any means, you're just grasping at straws. 1. You got physically violent with your girlfriend and that's a serious piece of shit move. Before all else you need to get yourself together and sort out whatever underlying trauma you're going through which makes you want to beat on a girl.
2. She was correct to break up with you 'for obvious reasons'
3. Just leave her and the whole concept of rekindling this relationship the fuck alone man. It's done, you seen to that. You have a lot of personal demons you need to work on before you're ready for any kind of committed relationship with anyone. Self improvement should be your only concern as of now. Any attempt to "get her back" or "win her over" will just make you seem even more pathetic in her eyes. You've lost her respect and when it's gone you can't get it back. Cut your losses, move on and better yourself, sort your issues and improve yourself.

No. Distance yourself as much as possible from the girl. Your goal should be to break contact for good. If you can stay at a buddy's place instead.

Why?

Because you're risking your life. Let's say you get back together, she gets under your skin, but she calls the cops on you. You go to jail, lose your job, etc. Not worth it.

Learn to handle yourself before you LTR anyone. DOn't live with others, and walk away.
