I was thinking about how our FDS principles relate to the animal world so I did a bit of Googling. It’s only a Wikipedia link but it’s an eye opening view of how males in different species sexually coerce females. Interestingly, in most species the females also have a counter strategy to sexual coercion. While in some species the males will separate the females from family and other females, in others, mainly primates and dolphin species, the females will join together to protect each other from aggressive males. Which means if they can say “it’s bIoLoGy!” So can we! 😊
