I wouldn't classify it as "red pill", but you will see some guys in that space talk about it (similar to "The Game"). It has some interesting points in it, and definitely gives you something to think about. If anything, I would say it closer to some PUA material than RP.

One annoying thing they did is start by telling you not to try to classify a woman into a specific category/archetype, and then they do exactly that later on. I get why they did it (to make it easier to understand), but I did find that both humorous and a bit annoying.

That said, I did find it interesting after reading it to pay close attention to different content creators and noticed how some of the girls acted. Specifically, when F&F first started bringing normal girls on, you would see a stark contrast between the IG/OF models and content creators like Courtney Ryan, Jennifer Moleski, and more recently Rebecca Barrett. Not that you wouldn't notice a difference without reading the book, but I was specifically paying attention to the self-esteem displayed and the difference was/is night-and-day. Definitely worth a read, even if I don't completely agree with some of it.
