I knew a girl through a mutual friend. The mutual friend is a girl I've attracted, but fucked up hard with. I didn't escalate when I should have, it turned into the ol "we're just friends" thing. I broke rapport, then convinced her she's looking too far into it since I admittedly don't really know her that well, and it'd be weird if I was into her like that. Well the mutual friend has acted pretty weird since (seemed super irritated with me consistently, avoiding handing out with me, etc. all while qualifying me as well as herself), so I've just been ignoring her.

Well, this new girl worked with me briefly. After lots of advice telling me to lay off at work, I played it pretty cool. I couldn't help but be a little flirty, and noticed she seemed a little interested. One night after work I told her to come smoke with me randomly. She came along and we talked on a bit more personal level than what we'd normally do at work. Towards the end of us hanging out she says, "You seem like a pretty private person, but I'm gonna break down your walls!" Before TRP, I'd have been all confused and awkward after hearing that. Even then, I would have known that meant something. Now, however, I'm quite confident that that's some major IOI shit right there.

Weirdly though, nothing. After smoking with her that time, I tried to throw out an anchor and convinced her to promise me she'd get me back to ensure I'd be able to see her again. Well, just after that happened, she broke up with her boyfriend and has been weird since. She stopped working with me since that happened, and I've had the mutual friend say something to her about me and even messaged her on Twitter, (is that basic af, btw?) with no reply.

At this point, I'm unsure if I should wait longer for her to get over the boyfriend (fucking her would help her do that...), if our mutual friend is still into me, and somehow that's preventing her from responding, or if I'm a total fuck up and just butchered the shit out of it (which is typically the case).
