You may think of her as your best friend, but you're definitely not hers. Even if she's not into you romantically or sexually, the one sided nature of this isn't how friends who like and respect one another act.

Do you even know what The Red Pill is? Do you know what we stand for? Did you come here thinking this is some relationships advice sub or that TRP is some magic ideology that makes things work with women?

Here is the deal. You have oneitis. Big time. Terminal case of oneitis. This is one thing the TRP wants men to avoid.

Look at how she treats you. You have invested all this time an energy into her. What has she invested into you? Table scraps? That's about it. She sure as hell hasn't rewarded you with dates, sex, or anything else. She treats you like shit, despite all you do, and yet you still orbit her and worship the ground she walks on.

Look man. I have been there. When I read your post, I was brought back to the time where I was in your shoes. I've been there MULTIPLE TIMES. This shit happened to me all the fucking time from the age of 15 all the way to about 26 or so. Until I got on the Red Pill and learned the truth. I know exactly where you are. So listen to my advice, because I've been there and overcome it.

Here is what you need to do. Hard next her. By hard next, cut off all contact. Do not respond to her if she reaches out. Delete her from social media. Resist the temptation to look at her social media accounts. This will be hard, but do it. Out of sight, out of mind, so the one thing you need to do is eliminate her and any signs of her from your eyes. It will take time until you get to the point where you are no longer interested in checking her social media all the time but it will come, the quicker you cut off all contact and delete her from social media, the sooner it will come.

Read the sidebar here. Lift, get into shape, do what you can to maximize your SMV(sexual market value, aka how women perceive your attractiveness to them).

Focus on yourself right now. Don't worry about women. Just worry about making yourself the best you can be. That takes time also. But the better you make yourself, the higher your SMV and the more confident you will be.
