Yesterday while I was out with some colleagues, I had a lady come up to me and offer to buy me a drink - then offer to take me home with her. She was a little older than I am (about 4 years older)

So just out of interest I asked her what attracted to me - and she responded “there’s just something about your energy and presence that just drew me to you. You look so confident and calm, so I had to take a chance”

The point I’m trying to make is that NoFap is a really worthwhile journey - an investment into yourself and your personal greatness. I know it’s a challenge but trust me, the life away from hand-on-penis and eyes-on-screen is worth every effort you put in, every urge you overcome and every-time you relapse and decide to get back up. You can and will achieve your goals gentlemen, I know it’s possible. And I wish you the best of luck.
