Disclaimer: I do not live in the USA. I live in a country where the lockdown has been put in place for almost 2 years now. Restaurants are operating at less than normal capacity and dine in options are limited making dating harder to do.

Ladies, I know I shouldn't be on OLD but the quarantine here in my country has lasted for almost 2 YEARS NOW!!! and ya girl wants to find her HVM.

So what I found in OLD are either: (a) Basically immature sadbois who manipulate you into lowering your standards for them. If this doesn't work, they will soon show their true intentions (of actually wanting to have sex with you! Surprise, surprise!) and basically treat you like shit for not giving in; or (b) Transactional fuckboys who only want to meet up to have sex. In the middle of the pandemic. Where covid cases are rising by the number.

I KNOW I SHOULDN'T BE DATING AND LOOKING FOR AN HVM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE PANINI but I am feeling lethargic. I want to also find a partner but there are a lot of factors to take in.

This lockdown has actually taken effect on men. I know video chat is a solution but I find that men manipulate this into forcing you to have sex videochat with them. Because dating in restaurants is harder now, they insist on having dates in their own places/condominium units/house (which therefore leads to being put in a situation where you and the guy are alone and thus sex). Coffee dates are the only option but even that is such...a lazy date.
