Anytime you feel uneasy when any other gender reacts to you as though you treated them unfairly, literally picture them as some man you don’t care for. You’ll start noticing they’re asking to be treated favorably not equally.

I have coworkers who have 0 internal awareness about seasonal changes, or burn out from over working. They choose to select some minuscule thing and that’s all they focus their blame on. When walking away like anyone would do to a man if he were to do the same, the women think it’s rude and inconsiderate.

So I started to imagine them as the men I least care about in the room. And every-time I realize they are asking to treat them favorably, not as an equal or based on anything realistic.
