Good morning all, a quick question for anybody who might know the answer to this. The STBX received a check from her insurance company, Aflac, for what I believe was returned monies for canceling my side of the policy. The policy is really for a just in case measure if either of us were to lose our jobs or become injured to the point where I could not work. Does anyone know if this constitutes breaking the restraining order that goes into effect when papers are served or does that only apply to health insurance? I won't be able to speak to my lawyer until Monday, but thought I would reach out for some insight from this fine community. Thanks for reading! I appreciate any and all comments.
