Good. Now if only we could convince companies and institutions to hire and recruit on merit instead of using their discriminatory qualifications to fulfill their diversity quotas.

We should make a law requiring companies and institutions to disclose, to all parties, when a candidate or applicant was hired or admitted due to affirmative action or based on their race or sex.

Any place of business who promotes 'Diversity' is already guilty of being biased towards gender and race. Diversity in the business sense is the promotion of anything non-white male.

sadly this is happening a lot now, even my dad who's a self-proclaimed feminist has reported very blatant gender bias in hiring at his work

I told my job I’m Hispanic got hired Turns out I’m the only white male here with about 100 coworkers There’s plenty of white woman I personally think I wouldn’t of got hired if I said I was white
