Hey guys, before I ask you guys for some advice, let me share why I'm here. I'm currently 23 and I've been taking the red pill since earlier March, and I know as an Indian dude, it's honestly pretty hard to step up to the plate. Unlike others, I come from an Asian country (hint: not India) and had a pretty good background:

  1. Family's background is financially strong
  2. Good in terms of academics and work
  3. Pretty decent in terms of friendliness

Now, I might have those traits, but that's another double-edge sword since the beta in me is killing me inside and i'd just wanna get rid of them ASAP. Ever since I've started reading some of the basics, I've been lifting at the gym more frequently (been working out 4 times a week) while being more assertive (or trying to) with people. However, there are some major issues that needs to be addressed:

  1. I have a case of the social awkwardness/trauma stemming from a missed social experience, with elementary and high school being the worst. I'm still dwelling on my past of being bullied frequently and no matter how much i've tried shaking that off, it does put me down sometimes.

  2. I set myself to achieve lots of goals and keep motivated, but sometimes I do get lazy and stressful. The stress levels is too high for me to tolerate and I feel lethargic and my irritable bowel syndrome is triggered as a result of that. Any ways to manage the stress levels?

  3. Physically, my voice is underdeveloped and sounds like a woman/child (but when I change my voice box, some might say that I sound like a man), I'm suffering from scoliosis and flat feet on my left leg and it's killing my lower back. Is there any specific exercises to strengthen my back and legs, or are there any in Stronglifts?

  4. Alcohol. When I get drunk at bars, I'd just fuck it and approach people. Now, I'd wanna cut down on my beer and wine dependence and have the same mentality, but some over at the main subreddit encourages alcohol. Just wanna get your thoughts.

  5. Women. Now it's a main issue since although I'm single, but my parent's BP upbringing, cases of onenitis and beta behaviour is bringing a stumbling block, no matter how I approach. Previously, I used to lament that I've been rejected by women like about, 10 times and even confessed in the most cringeworthy of ways in my opinion. Looking back, it was bitter-sweet and could laugh it off but it kinda stings when I look back. I could read all the theories in TRP, and with a degree of success, I did approach girls but with no F-close, but the last straw was when I was in a bar and was observing a guy grinding with some girls. I did approached them, but became too much of a coward, and after that I felt a little angry and almost lost frame. What would be the best scenario for me to just keep on trying and is there anything I can improve?

  6. Overdependence on my family and friends. I grew up in a pretty good surrounding where they're pretty alright, but it's driving me crazy. Yes, I did set my boundaries with my parents but as in other Indian cultures, my mom is trying to control me and my dad is just agreeing to her. Also, I do still sometimes try to help my friends but they're being overdependent on me. Is there anyway that I'd just wanna gain their trust and hopefully be less dependent on them?

  7. Finally, I wanna completely erase my bad memories that's plaguing me, even though I'm keeping myself busy and focused. How?

I know that some of my questions might have been answered previously, and there might be some redundancies but hopefully I could get some cool and honest answers.

EDIT: Not looking for a quick fix solution or how to get a woman fast, just some advice to improve my life.
