Your assumption is wildly incorrect. You will get divorced where you live, not where you got married.

It's not unheard of for women to convince their BBux to move to CA or NY to have an easier time divorce raping them.

Possibly Middle east, south asia and southeast asia.
Maybe even some parts in Africa.

One strategy is to insert a provision into a prenuptial agreement that states that the parties agree to have the law of a particular jurisdiction (usually the jurisdiction they were married in) apply in the event of divorce. This provision will not affect child custody or child support, however.

If the prenuptial agreement is validly executed with the proper formalities (no duress, not presented right in advance of wedding, proper financial disclosures, at least 7 days to review before signing, each party represented by counsel who themselves signs off on the agreement), this provision could be enforced and upheld.

Other useful provisions are about how marital property acquired is treated, and whether to waive spousal support for consideration.

Marriage is retarded no matter where you live. If you must, just cohabitate and check your common law marriage laws because some places are tyrannical.
