Complain. You are uncomfortable, there's an easy fix, and there's a clear double standard. Men will get no where if we continue to just 'such it up'!

I stopped going to my local gym in 2016 but often a women would come in to clean while we were showering or changing. I didn't care, I just thought along the lines that it was a nurse doing her duty. So I ignored her and just went about my business.

I live in Spain, there is a ludicrous new SJW level of feminism here but also a large segment of the population who were alive during a dictatorship that ended in 1975 and took a decade to unwind. So there is division of values which is slipping away.

I think I would have been ridiculed if I had seriously complained about a woman coming into the male changing room in 2016 in Spain but now the anti male laws are increasing without resistance.

You have to complain about women doing the same thing that women complain men do, if you want to level the playing field in law.

If it’s an all male space I don’t want a woman in there. I would be ashamed. Even with fellow men I try to keep modest if I can help it, but at least I know at worst it’s another man. Its just annoying and uncomfortable.

I would insist on a formal complaint with the local law enforcement and Wellness Center management because you will STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING TO SOME 15-YR OLD BOY in the future. My God, this woman is a wreckless sexual abuser and if you don't come down on her hard now, some younger boy will be damaged in the future - STOP IT NOW.

There is no excuse for that behavior. Simply calling into the locker room from outside or sending in a male employee would have sufficed. Please do send in a complaint to the owner of the gym and to the Better Business Bureau. The latter is very easy to do; there's a form on their website that's easy to fill out.

Absolutely lodge a complaint. Can you imagine the other way around? LOL He would be fired immediately, and probably face a harassment charge of some kind!

If you like the place, you don't have to be rude. Just say, "Hey, a female employee strolled into the male locker room without knocking or announcing herself. She walked around, even though some of us were naked. It was very unprofessional, considering that she had a male employee with her that could have done this himself. If this is a new policy, I would like to know what could be done to change it so that only male employees are allowed in the male locker room and only female employees are allowed in the female locker room."

Though not necessary, adding the female/female locker room bit my help you get either more info or a quicker change. (They may write back to tell you that policy already states that only females are allowed in the female locker room, in which case you can argue your point more effectively, or they may be afraid of potential consequences of their new policy and change it back.)

If they insist that this is okay and that you can expect it to happen again, find a new place. (Or heck, start your own!) Don't accept the unacceptable.

What would've happened if the sides were turned?? You would've got sued , called a pervert and a rapist , banned from the wellness center , etc..

Females always live in their own fantasy world , where they feel they can do anything they want without any consequences. Its like a child's behaviour , but who cares its a child let him go away with stuff , but a grown woman should be held accountable just as a man.

You can complain, the company will probably take it seriously. But from a moral perspective, you were there after closing time and she had cleaning to do.

Both sides have an argument here. But she could have been more lenient.
