Men don’t really have much privilege other than being stronger. The court system is against men (men get incarcerated more than women), the family court system is against men (men lose custody and have to pay child support), affirmative action is against men especially white and Asian men, and the welfare system is against men as well. Our whole system is deeply anti male.

Why do you mention child birth? That's nature, not societal privilege. The only privileges men have is the ones that nature gave us. Women have both nature and societal. Feminists, having major penis envy, try to tear down man to their level or indoctrinate society so makes us think black is white and white is black.

Nature is nature, what it gives you is your die in life. Some born handsome, some broken families. some rich, some to a bitch. You have to make the best with what you were given. It is what it is.

Men are taken more seriously in social situations. People will generally listen to a man and look to a man for leadership over a woman. Women are a protected class that are free from many of the consequences of their own actions.

The family court system alone, with nothing else considered, just in that women have more advantages and privileges than men have as a whole. You could add up every social and legal advantage of men in every single area, still not even remotely close to the favor women get in JUST family court, not even criminal court. Just family court alone.

After studying the biases against men, I don't see any societal privilege in being male in countries with weak support of traditional gender roles. Entirely the opposite. While it is true that being a man can be advantageous in narrow contexts (such as being viewed as slightly more competent, although recent studies indicate that this might not be the case anymore and even reversed to a small extent), on the whole, it is significantly more advantageous to be female. This can be summarized by the term "gender empathy gap," whose consequences are far-reaching and affect our judgment and treatment of boys and men profoundly.

As William Collins states in his book The Empathy Gap: Male Disadvantages and the Mechanisms of Their Neglect:

Moral authority is the true hegemony, and it belongs to women. It always did.

From Sweden so IMO the privileges from both sides are not due to constitution (like in your nation), the privileges are more on a subtle level.

Women have an insane privilege in dating and sex.

Women (or girls rather) have a privilege in that the school system favours them (this is even more reflective when the fact is that males score a lot better on the SAT).

Women have the privilege of being the historically oppressed sex, so institutions are trying their best to hire more women into their field, even if it is already female dominated.

My cousin can go where ever he wants he can invite friends over and go over to his friends house whenever never cleans his own messes his mistakes are nvr his. I have to ask my parents at least 2 weeks in advance before inviting my friends. I can never go out without one parent and every mistake I make or I don't make I have to take accountability. I am 17 turning 18 my cousin is 15 turning 16.
