If I went on a blind date, found out the woman was pregnant and in labor, of course I would render whatever first aid I could. But after that I would head for the hills.

First of all, any woman who goes on dates while she is late in a pregnancy has not got their priorities straightened out. If I was about to undergo a major, life-changing medical procedure such as a heart transplant or bariatric surgery, the last thing I would be thinking about is dating. Of course, pregnancy is not a disease. But it is a major life-changing event that should demand all of your focus.
