Because if a woman wants revenge on a man, she’s not gonna accuse him of stealing from her. If she cheated and he got her pregnant, theft isn’t a possible explanation for her to give as to why she had another man’s baby. If she was a political lesbian who secretly has sex with men and it got out around her radical feminist circle, they wouldn’t take it as harshly if she accused him of theft because they don’t believe we live in a theft culture.

Sure, false baseless accusations won't put you in jail forever.

But guess what it does? Have police arrest you in first place. Send at least a day in lockup. It's more than enough to traumatize you when you're innocent.

Also, most of the crimes the person in post mentioned are poverty crimes. Any cop with half a brain would laugh in your face if you tell him that Rob,your neighbor who earns 6 figures broke into your house or picked your wallet. But saying that he raped you when in reality you had consensual sex? Well..... the fact that semen test matches means an innocent guy is gonna spend at least a week in jail.

The point is you can literally accuse anyone you fucked of rape. Try doing that for other crimes, it's really hard. Sure,people do get Falsely accused of them as well but it's wayyy harder to do it.

Because in any other accusations it is gender neutral. Even women can be accused of stealing. But only on rape accusations it against the male by a female. And it’s pretty obvious whose side the court takes. These people are so logically illogical.
