So I've been practicing red pill principles and been working on myself a lot lately and I've improved a lot. I get lots of stares from chicks, I've been working out, dressing well etc. But for some reason this dude, let's call him Carl, keeps talking shit when I'm not there, I don't really care if he doesn't like me, (I'm pretty sure it's cause his LTR keeps staring at me) but I'm not sure if this is damaging my SMV. Should I ignore it or confront him about it?
