Crosspost "I [46M] feel my world is shaken up ever since I found out my now ex [45F] cheated on me" from /r/relationship_advice:

3 months ago, I found out my wife of 20 years cheated on me. The instance I found was when one of my friends showed me a Facebook post from another one of his friends admitting she had an affair with him.

I confronted her and after initial denials, she admitted she had cheated on me for 2 years while we were married. The cheating was bad but her denials made any reconciliation impossible. I requested divorce and as we have a 20 year old son (or at least that was what I thought), I insisted a paternity test. She pushed back against it but the son found out and insisted she have the test.

This test confirmed I wasn't the father and that the father was actually someone else that wasn't related to me or the guy admitting to cheating. In other words, she had cheated on me with more than one person. She again admitted to cheating on me with 4 different people.

Ever since then, I have been a wreck. I didn't talk to anyone despite my parents pleading me to talk to them and while I still have my job, I only go to the bar to drink and that's it. I actually considered suicide and only my cat is the reason why I won't do it.

It's likely just me venting but what do I do?
