Many concerns with this judgement:

The article notes, the man faces pending criminal charges of assault, which shows that he is not yet proven to be guilty of violence, which is the basic premise of the judgement. Looks like he is facing punishment even before being proven of a crime.
The alleged claim of violence is not within the jurisdiction of this court or not convicted in a foreign court. Hence violence is not established as a fact, but the court seems to be taking it as a proven fact.
Court has objections to the man for being "silent", by that logic every other person on the planet is guilty.
The father denied any assault or sexually assaulting. Essentially, it comes down to he said - she said, unless it was proven by evidence in court, which is not clear in the article.
It notes that they separated in 2016 after the woman went to another country after abandoning the husband, against his wishes. This seems to have not had any negative effect on her case. This would be considered a serious infraction if a man would have done the same.

Getting married is becoming an increasingly riskier proposition.

Don’t get married , find someone that is willing to be a fucking human and doesn’t want to destroy another on the way out of a shitty relationship. Marriage should be a 5 year contract with the option to renew. If not renewed it becomes annulled and everyone leaves with what they came into the relationship with and splits 50/50 for the items acquired during the 5 years contracts. And no marital home bullshit. No support financially beyond child support with proof of DNA relation.
