i didnt realize both people on the lease had to fill out paperwork to take someone off the lease. ive never been in a situation like this so yeah i was ignorant. was seeing receipts from the leasing company in my email. so i went and got the paper work from them i needed. i asked my ex if she could fill it out when she got off work. where it says partys remaining she only put her name. when i told her her they need all the people residing in the house i was met with an eye roll and "oh my god". she filled it out and gave it back. i then told her they also require you to put down pets that reside in their home. of course i was met with even more attitude. i told her these are thier requirments not mine so i dont know why your giving me attitude and i am also recording all of this. her friend added comentary "this is wild" like i was being unreasonable or rude which i was doing neither. i think she was just mad i was telling her they wanted the truth on the paperwork.

i called my attorney this morning before this even happend. Im going back to court to get court appointed transportation for the kids and also make her live up to all the other agreements in the court order she dosent abide to.
