Is there somewhere that is tracking all these false allegation cases?

[–]NarutoBoy87 19 points20 points21 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

There is a gentleman who runs a page.. Red pill rights i think.. He tracks all of these.. You ll find some real crazy stories there...

In fact, what about a real-time counter? Like a ticker with a news feed at the bottom? If anyone wants to make that website, i’ll 100% sponsor the hosting costs.

Nah, it is not going to happen dude. Here in my country it does not even register when someone lies in the working place, it just counts as a minor civil affair. Now, you may believe women denounce men left and right but the reality is "true victims" are too afraid to talk.

[–]DianeticDelight 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Just thinking out loud here haha, would be nice though. Take care!

[–]Distinct_Pea_8801 -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

If men weren’t raping women left and right, you might have a salient point.

[–]Equal_Confidence_944 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Are we though?

[–]Distinct_Pea_8801 -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

For every one in 10,000 men who are falsely accused, 1 in 5 women are raped. Wonder where they’re putting their resources…

[–]Practical-Rip6471 8 points9 points10 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

And of course she's emotionally or mentally disturbed rather than wonton wicked spiteful and vindictive.

[–]bhimesh_me 15 points16 points17 points 4 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link

There are bad men and women out there who are making us turn against each other. In my opinion blanket statements never help no matter what side it comes from.

Court works on proof and it's hard to prove rape and so it's hard to convict. Law cannot work with favoring a belief, it's blind. The arguments from feminism that all men are rapist or from other side that all women are out to get you are both wrong. Some men and women are evil and some group have to face graver consequences with respect to that. This is just my opinion.

[–]MGTOW_and_Bitcoin 5 points6 points7 points 4 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

This is not about good women or bad women good guys or bad guys it's the fact that you have to defend yourself without the Assumption of Innocence without being proven guilty in a fair trial.

It's the loose definition of rape and sexual harassment which allows it to apply to everything....

[–]bhimesh_me 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

I understand that in many cases men face a lot of unfair disadvantages and have no support system let alone defense. I also agree that the loose definition of rape and sexual harassment leaves a lot of room to play around with and negatively impacts both men and women (considering not the only US but other countries as well where society is not as progressive, women can face it more).

However, whenever the conversation about this topic is made, I see people on both sides assuming all men/women are adversaries. This not only alienates good men who support women and good women who actually want equality but also hinders our path in finding a common ground and justice for all. In the fight against this, we not only have to voice our opinion but also empathize to garner support so that our voices are heard and necessary actions are taken to prevent such things from happening.

[–]MGTOW_and_Bitcoin 3 points4 points5 points 4 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

You only have to start taking with women to get an idea of what they really think about Men's rights, then you can tell me if they are actually as open as you believe

[–]bhimesh_me 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

I agree with you that average women are not concerned with Men's rights as they should and many feminists have actively tried to shut down various campaigns. As I believe that many men all over the world (not just the US, Canada, Australia, UK) are still stuck on the patriarchy of a bygone era, impose laws, or hold an opinion on women that has no place today.

All I believe is that there is a minority of men and women who try to actively harm each other, the vast majority either don't have the patience to care or understand the situation and look at this as a scapegoat to their life problems. It's easier to blame superficial issues for their problems rather than deal with them and do something about them.

In my opinion, if we (both men and women) only just tried to not give in to hate for each other and focus on empathizing (without diminishing or invalidating each other's problems) and coming up with the solution (which I know, is not easy) with compromise we can be far happier. On a personal level, I feel everyone should do what's best for themselves by just focusing on themselves and not on others.

I know this sounds very naive and idealistic but one can always hope rather than make those innocent men and women part of the problem by treating them poorly (for ex. by using the aforementioned blanket statements).

[–]MGTOW_and_Bitcoin 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

You don't understand with institutional discrimination it's not a matter of a small minority group. If anyone discriminates against the basic human rights of another there should be legal recourse the problem is that men do not have any legal or practical rights to inforce.

[–]bhimesh_me 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

I agree men have very little legal recourse however, I believe that simply blaming all women is not a solution. It requires us to voice our opinion (which will be shut down) and persist with all the hindrance. I know I sound like a person with childish like hope but maybe it's time we need that instead of playing the blame game with feminists who blame all men for their perceived trouble and motives.

[–]MGTOW_and_Bitcoin 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Every political problem starts with one group complaining and taking power... I think that's why MGTOW is a superior philosophy, and it's also why it's not a movement, nor will it ever be. Men can do fine on their own; in fact, we are built to thrive.

The more a society treats men like dirt, the more we will walk away, the less likely we are to throw our bodies at its aid.

[–]MGTOW_and_Bitcoin 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Women wanted political power now they have it. I think it's interesting how they have used their vote... irresponsibly.

[–]vroomdelta 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I firmly believe that men and women are good in nature. But if you give either gender too much power, they will abuse it. These days every law favors women so they tend to use it like a weapon.

I'm telling you, you are more likely to be raped than falsely accused.

[–]furchfur[S] 26 points27 points28 points 4 years ago* (67 children) | Copy Link

That is complete rubbish.

Women made 50,000 allegations of rape last year in the UK and 1,500 men were convicted.

If you saw the flimsy cases that make it to court. 50% of all court cases got thrown out.

They only ever bring the cases where they think they will get a conviction.

Imagine the qulity of the evidence on the other 48,500 which you do not hear about!

Attacking women for false allegations is stupid

How on earth can that be stupid you dipstick. If they make false allegations then they should be attacked.

[–]w3tpuddle -5 points-4 points-3 points 4 years ago (21 children) | Copy Link

Are you seriously going to cherrypick? Site a fucking source. I'm saying. Stop attacking all women for the act of a few women who falsely accuse men of rape. You post false rape allegations, as a "Gotcha" as if it is proven false in court proves anything. Even if it was a genuine false allegation, why use it as an attack? Your original response also makes zero sense. All that proves is that several men get away with rape, in court. What makes you genuinely think that 48,500 women would falsely accuse men of rape?

[–]furchfur[S] 15 points16 points17 points 4 years ago (16 children) | Copy Link

What makes you think 48,500 men would rape women?

I think it is far more likley women make false allegations than the rape having occurred, Why?;

1)Anonymity.

2) Little chance of being covited for a false allegation

3) Financial compensation for even making a rape allegation.

[–]GiantDairy -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

You don’t get money for making false accusation of crimes.

[+]w3tpuddle -6 points-5 points-4 points 4 years ago (14 children) | Copy Link

Approximately 1 in 5 women experiences rape or sexual assault at least once in their lifetimes. That is why I believe not just 48, 500 men would rape women, but significantly more. I am not saying it is all men, but it is a damn fair few.

[–]furchfur[S] 20 points21 points22 points 4 years ago* (7 children) | Copy Link

The 1in 5 figure was completely made up by feminists to further there dystopian agenda.

It is complete rubbish. Do not believe it.

If you aksed a man has a woman ever come into the male toilet while you have been using it at a club or concert etc I suspect 100% would say yes.

Does that mean 100% of men have been abused by women? Have 100% of men being perved at by women?

Definitions and "framed questions" give you the result you want.

[–]w3tpuddle 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Source?

[–]masterdarthrevan 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Here's one for you, it's not what you asked

percentage of men are raped by women in the us? I’m not so sure that it is extremely rare:

"A total of 43% of high school boys and young college men reported they had an unwanted sexual experience and of those, 95% said a female acquaintance was the aggressor, according to a study published online in the APA journal Psychology of Men and Masculinity."

http://www.usatoday.com/story/opinion/2014/09/22/rape-cdc-numbers-misleading-definition-date-forced-sexual-assault-column/16007089/

That's almost 1 in 2

Also most of the sources I find about how much of the male population is rapists say that it's impossible to tell. Some say as much as 6% , some say it's all a guess cuz anyone can do it, some say it depends on how you define it. Etc. but I also know that men report their victimhood ( them being raped) far less than women do. I take this seriously because I didn't report either. I also understand and don't want this to happen to women either. I think a lot of statistics in this area are very biased right now. i hope one day this can be rectified as a lot ppl don't consider what women do to men as "rape" . They hide that stat as --unwanted sexual attention-- instead

[–]idCamo 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Do you want to cite a source?

[–]masterdarthrevan 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Women want men to stop the rapists, women are good at standing with each other, but they don't stop other womens bad behaviours either

[–]w3tpuddle -4 points-3 points-2 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Women aren’t committing the majority of violent crimes and sexual assaults, are they?

[–]masterdarthrevan 4 points5 points6 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

My point is, you want regular men to stop doin things they aren't doing, plus stop those that are doing them, but women don't stop other womenn from doing bad shit, so what makes you think that we'd want to help?

[–]w3tpuddle 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Can you rephrase? I want men to stop thinking that false rape accusations are something to be afraid of, when they are very uncommon, and rape it is proven false in court, men like you don’t use it as a “gotcha” moment. You are more likely to be raped than falsely accused.

[–]Fearless-File-3625 19 points20 points21 points 4 years ago (17 children) | Copy Link

About 10% of the rape cases lead to conviction and about the same are proven to be definitely false.

We have no idea about the rest 80% of the cases.

[–]furchfur[S] 11 points12 points13 points 4 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

The CPS in the UK has never lost a case of "fasle allegation reporting". The bar for bringing a case is very high, a 100% conviction rate.

Of the 3000 cases of rape allegation that go to court each year about 50% result is not guilty.

The bar for bringing a rape case to court is very low. The bar for bringing a false rape allegation case is very high.

[+]w3tpuddle -10 points-9 points-8 points 4 years ago (15 children) | Copy Link

I'm sorry, what do you mean? Where have you gotten this info from? Rape cases proven to be false, in court, don't mean they are false. Mass amounts of rape cases aren't even reported or are ignored.

[–]Fearless-File-3625 15 points16 points17 points 4 years ago (14 children) | Copy Link

By your logic, I could just as easily say that just because a rape case lead to conviction doesn't mean that rape happened, could very well be a miscarriage of justice.

[–]w3tpuddle -5 points-4 points-3 points 4 years ago (13 children) | Copy Link

And I'm sure that does happen rarely, however, the majority of women face rape or sexual assault at least once in their lifetimes, and a lot of it goes unreported and kept secret.

[–]Fearless-File-3625 8 points9 points10 points 4 years ago (12 children) | Copy Link

So what is your solution? Put all the accused in the remaining 80% of the cases in prison for 50 years ?

[–]w3tpuddle -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (11 children) | Copy Link

My ideal solution would be that all parents and schools actively educated consent and explained that it is necessary. Boys and girls need to be educated appropriately about what is right, and wrong, and this can't help without the abolition of the patriarchy.

Asking for an obvious and unrealistic solution is stupid. Boys should be taught not to rape, and not be taught that violence and sexual abuse is okay.

[–]Fearless-File-3625 11 points12 points13 points 4 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

patriarchy

Doesn't exists.

Boys should be taught not to rape, and not be taught that violence and sexual abuse is okay.

Where in the world are boys taught to rape and that violence and sexual abuse is ok ?

And why should only boys be taught that when girls are just as likely to be violent ?

[–][deleted] 5 points6 points7 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Asking for an obvious and unrealistic solution is stupid. Boys should be taught not to rape, and not be taught that violence and sexual abuse is okay.

Your misandry is showing when you deliberately ignore female rapist by explicitly stating that only boys should be taught not to rape.
In my experience from working with male rape survivors, this is a rather common strategy for you female rapists. You hide your predatory behavior behind the androphobia that you inflict by hyperfocus on your male counterpart exclusively.

[–]TheProclaimed99 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

The patriarchy? Are you gonna complain about the wage gap next?

[–]Traditional-Scratch5 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Everyone is taught in school that you shouldn't rape and you must remember NO MEANS NO, men alot more than women.

So by your logic, since this can't happen if the patriarchy exists, the patriarchy doesn't exist.

[–]arrouk 3 points4 points5 points 4 years ago (21 children) | Copy Link

Possibly or several men who did nothing wrong walked free.

It's a glass half empty or full situation. Only 2 people truly know what happened, and both are biased. We cannot say what actually happened, and we have the concept of innocent until proved guilty.

Revenge is a big issue for women. A lot of women lie to get revenge on a partner.

Child custody. If you accuse a partner of rape you are very likely to get custody of any children.

Annonymity. Women have nothing to lose from making a false claim.

They do not even need to go to the police staion.

They also do not now need to hand over their phones.

Compensation from the government even if the man is not convicted. If the woman is short of money and needs £10K she can make a false rape allegation.

[–]w3tpuddle -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Source?

[–]arrouk 10 points11 points12 points 4 years ago (14 children) | Copy Link

The support she receives after regretting her own actions

Revenge after being rejected

Covering her cheating

Who the hell knows, normal, well adjusted people wouldn't.

To reverse the question, why would a guy risk his freedom, job, family, friends, and carer to rape someone when it's easy enough to pay for it if you are that desperate?

Edit. I want to add that I'm not saying rape doesn't happen; that would be ridiculous, but by the same line of thinking, if it happens by extension, some allegations must be false.

Believe all women, do a thorough investigation and make the judgment from the evidence.

[–]unbreakablepal 7 points8 points9 points 4 years ago* (1 child) | Copy Link

People can lie for whatever reason they want. There is an entire psychological aspect to lying. Women are also people and have the ability to lie. It is as simple as that.

And it is always fair to recognize the ability of people to be bad. One can recognize the ability of bad men to rape women. One can also recognize the ability of bad women to falsely accuse men of rape. It is completely fair. It is fair to say believe women when they say that they were raped. It is also fair to say believe men when they say that they've been falsely accused of rape. Only hypocrites will have a problem with this and they usually cite the frequency of occurrence to justify their double standards.

[–]arrouk 3 points4 points5 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I concur

[–]w3tpuddle 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (11 children) | Copy Link

That is the thing though. Most rapes happen towards children and are committed by loved ones. Men who commit rapes tend to be mentally ill, and most likely take advantage of people who they can manipulate into silence. Many of the men who rape, don't have much to lose clearly. Rape also includes people who are under the influence of substances in which they cannot give genuine consent. Men shouldn't be afraid of false rape allegations, but of getting raped themselves.

[–]furchfur[S] 5 points6 points7 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I think you have a problem.

[–]arrouk 6 points7 points8 points 4 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

You just moved the goal posts.

If you want to talk about child abuse, we can, but that's not the discussion or even related to the op.

You are making the correct association that rape and mental illness go together. We lock rapists up, though, not put them into institutions.

Many women who falsely accuse have something to gain or a mistake to cover.

Using chemicals to commit rape OR cover for 1 (yes blaming the alcohol you consumed willingly) is wrong.

Can you see all these arguments can swing both ways? This is why we can only use the statistics from official proceedings; it's a long way from ideal but it is all we have.

[–]GiantDairy 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Most rapes DO NOT happen “towards children”.

[–]TheProclaimed99 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Source?? Is it from 'Coz i said so'?

Did u see the video of her giving an enthusiastic blowjob during the "rape" and the video of her riding one of the guys? What a weird sexual position for rape.

You are a sad, pathetic little creature. I pity you.

[–]w3tpuddle -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I'm sorry? Do you think all women are accusing men of sexual assault for fun?

[–]JediNinjaWizard 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

ETA: You made this fuckin' strawman argument on a thread about a false accusation. The irony is delicious.

I didn't say that, but nice strawman.

For fun? Perhaps, perhaps not. I don't know the mind of all women. SOME, sure as shit do it at the drop of a hat though... I'm sure you're writing your congressman about this one.

Downvoted. The way you are posting on most of the issues here, it is very clear you are just a hateful person, just looking to validate your own stupid beliefs without looking at evidence or logic.

Mods, can this person be banned? It is taking attention away from the discussion at hand. Just look at this person's post history for evidence.

There are around 59,000 rape offenses in the UK each year. And that’s just the ones that are reported. https://www.statista.com/statistics/283100/recorded-rape-offences-in-england-and-wales/

If 10% of those are false, that means that .002% of men are falsely accused. And that’s an absurdly high estimate.

But please, by all means, blame all women for something that happens to 1 in 10,000 men, and feel free to respond to the fact that 1 in 5 women are raped by saying “not all men.”
