The only statistics that need to be debunked are the ones that result from faulty methodology. You don't need to claim anyone is lying, just ask questions like "what's the source?" Or "how did they arrive at those numbers?"

A lot of rape statistics aren't even based in fact. If you write up a questionnaire that asks leading questions and you consider the most remote possible scenarios as 100% being guilty. Have 1,000 people fill out the questionnaire and then extrapolate that onto the whole population...

You get what feminist studies produce.

You need to research the studies that these numbers are based on. What questions did they use? Where did they do the study? Who answered the questions? You would get wildly different results for people in NY vs Phoenix vs Houston. How did they determine the convictions vs reported vs unreported vs false accusation and determine who was valid in the unreported category? Did they even question or account for women that lied about rape?

Did they consider an unwanted kiss rape? Is their definition penetration based? Do men count as being raped? Were there more questions for women being raped than for men (gender bias in the study itself)?

Most feminist based studies are complete and utter shit.

Point out that the definition used is usually too broad. I have seen examples that claim if you have sex because the other person wants it even though you would rather not, it's rape. Hell, by THAT definition not only have most women been raped but also most men! Another is being under the influence of alcohol. By not specifying how MUCH alcohol they leave the way open for people -- mostly women, they hope -- to say they have been victimized because they once had it off after one or two beers. That definition would also make most MEN as well as most women rape victims. Oh, and the other thing is that people often aren't asked "were you raped" but rather vague questions the answers to which then get put in the "i have been raped" column.

That is where most people get the idea rape is just a man on woman crime. Men are fairly rarely penetrated and it is almost always by another man. This also means that all of those stories you hear about a female teacher raping their underage students, according to the official government rape statistics, are not rape.

BUT if being made to penetrate someone was counted as rape—and why shouldn’t it be?—then the headlines could have focused on a truly sensational CDC finding: that women rape men as often as men rape women.

Women are lying about being raped. The vast amount of rape allegations are now within a relationship. Why? Have rapists suddenly become fucking charming and can bedazzle them before attacking them. Or is it just the case that a rape allegation is an incredibly effective weapon to use to destroy any man you don't like or feel some resentment of disappointment with. There's absolutely NO penalty for being proved a liar.

Why are they making so many date rape allegations, because with the rise of CCTV coverage on the street and in bars and clubs, they can't get away with stranger danger cry wolf as much anymore.

That's a tricky one, because I've found the women (who I've personally met) who seem like true rape victims, don't like to talk about it and go under notice. They usually suffer alone in silence or the brave ones only come out to a few close friends or family or report it. In my case and some others why we don't report it and talk about it, because we're scared that no one is going to believe us and worried they might accuse us of "faking" it, where's we don't want attention either. There's alot of cases in my country that go under reported, even with domestic violence, its pretty bad. Plus alot of domestic violence victims still end up back with their abusive partner, they are really messed up women and think that's all they can get. It's bloody sad.

I know, I shouldn't be accusing those who have been raped, the ones that become hyersexual and continuing to sleep around. It's like "you're asking for it to happen again" But what happened to me has ruined my sex drive for along time and I would avoid sex, even though my partner is a complete angel and without him... I would be avoiding men (besides male family members) as much as possible and possibly still living at my dad's. So, I don't understand that? I knew a girl who was raped at 13, but still kept sleeping around with guys from her school, coming home with hickes on her neck, while her poor family were trying to battle with court trials. So, I don't know if she is faking it or not?

I even forced myself to look up TV shows that romanticize abusive relationships and rape. So, my guess is that some like to fantasize being raped and being a victim? WHY?! It angers me, because do they have any idea what it's like to go through rape and abuse and trying to escape the person?! (To add, I didn't asked for any of this to happen to me and that man you wouldn't think he'll be the abusive/rape type, everyone loved him, well used to, trust me, he was very smart and I will give him that).

Even after I escaped/left the person, I had threats for weeks and that forced me to get the police involved, unfortunately they did a crap job, only one police officer (a male) tried his very best to sort this crap out. I still get nightmares and not wanting to leave the house.

One woman who I knew was raped and abused by her ex boyfriend, so she claims. Well, she told me that she still keeps in contact with him and has phone calls with him. How and why? Honestly, I have suspicion what she claims what happened to her is not true. I couldn't imagine in keeping contact or seeing the man who raped and abused me. I want to hit him with my car if I ever saw him again.

So, whatever reports that come out and they'll probably say "fasle accuses are rare" or something. It's probably more than likely not true. I knew this chick who falsely accused one of my ex partner's friend of raping her and it never got reported. Now that chick is a bloody police officer. Wtf.

Overall, some women ruin it for the rest who are actually victims.. and some women are very complicated to understand.

the well known statistic 98% is actually completely bloody wrong, if you look up the source they got it from it’s actually a study between around 20-30 women on a college campus and things that were included as “rape” was staring, not included in activities, light touch, talked about between boys. the only 98% statistic that’s an actual census in countries is was it a man or woman that raped you and 98% said man. The actual statistic is around 34% have been raped but keep in mind that isn’t sex trafficking and countries like russia don’t release info like that and ofc all the unreported data
