This 7 minute video discusses how politicians who don't have any skin in the game shouldn't be allowed to vote on initiating another draft. It is evil, it is immoral, and it is corrupt. A man who hasn't been in the military or isn't legally obligated to fight in the front lines has no moral ground to ask let alone FORCE others(men or women) to fight in the Frontline in a war on foreign soil. Conscription also violates the 13th amendment the amendment states "involuntary servitude" which is what a military draft does. The founding fathers were in fact very against forced conscription.

In my honest opinion the only time draft should even be considered is to defend an invasion on OUR soil but never on foreign soil as I believe declaration of war should only be for self defense. War is truly terrible, do we really want another lost generation on our hands like in 1939?! The birth rate in this country is already plummeting rapidly what do you think the effect would be of the death of millions of men in the long run.Young men who will have more years in them to work, raise families, and keep our economy going than the men in their 40s. War in this day and age only benefits the rich and destroys lives as it results in children fatherless, deals irreparable damage to the workforce and our economy and makes the price of goods higher as businesses who rely on goods from Russia or any country who can join this war such as China will be cut off from their supply. So much business is done internationally globally that billions will be lost just so that the top 1% who control the banks can make more profit. Conscription needs to abolished now! If the people believed our country was worth fighting for they would volunteer like they did back in Vietnam. Now that's clearly not the case
