• Speaks honestly and clearly for what he wants and believes even if it means he doesn’t attain his goal. No matter what you always know where he’s coming from.

• Does not fear failure but embraces the lessons it teaches.

• Does what he can (within reason) to help others when possible but not to his continued detriment.

• Does not tolerate cruelty inflicted upon himself or innocents.

• Compares himself to no others but his pst self as a measure of improvement or development

• Is the commander, not the foot soldier, of his emotions

• Pushes himself to discover/learn/explore himself and his abilities/limits

There aren't any, because the entire idea of a "Great Man"^tm really just translates to "Whatever way men act that is best for me at any given time" by the person saying it.

The entire concept is indoctrination. A way to force people to behave in a way you desire by gatekeeping a label you know they identify with.

"What makes a great person?" is a complicated enough question, but you had to go and add gender onto it, which is weird. I'll answer a paraphrased version:

What are the primary principles of a Great Human

I would define "Great" in this context to be whatever the human being referenced considers "Great", which means a "Great Human" is one who successfully lives by their own definition of "Greatness"

I mean this doesn’t need to be gendered. You don’t need to perform manhood. Rather read about what traits and skills make a great person.

Or maybe more specifically as you wish like great leader, great parent, great friend, great soldier etc.
