Women are just as capable of perpetuating toxic masculinity as men are

This often isn't addressed but women are just as capable of perpetuating toxic masculinity as men are. It is deeply rooted in our culture and everyone is affected by it. Even people who claim to be against toxic masculinity can subconciously end up reinforcing it because it is so ingrained

Personally I think it's something more people need to hear. If we don't want it then it must be a concious effort for all of us to unlearn it
