That is actually my first advice ever here but I am read in and applying trp for almost a year. So I am in a ltr and I had a similar problem. For me it is two things - be a man, know your boundaries, do not give a shit. If you are more masculine then the girl knows she can be more feminine (*works 90% of time). Second is dread. If she feels you are not so available then she feels she needs to "catch" you again.

Start putting your own needs before hers. You want me to tag along to that party? No, I'm going to the gym. You want me to pick you up from work because it's raining? No, I've got a class that I can't miss. You need to start putting yourself first. Although it sounds counterintuitive, she will actually respect you more and your newfound semi-rejection will make her hamster start spinning like crazy - leading to her wanting to seduce you more often.

I was in a similar situation to you. I enjoyed redpill but it wasn't really helping my LTR. Here's what I did. The first thing you have to accept is that this process will take months. Think about how long it's taken you to get here, do you really expect a reversal to happen in no time at all? Now start all the normal Monk mode things such as Lifting, Hobbies, ect etc. Don't ask for sex but at the same time dont allow her to feel as if anything is wrong, because nothing is wrong, you are doing you. Start being fully independent. Such as, make sure you are on top of all bills, you cook, you clean, you hang out without her etc etc. Literally the trick is to make her feel replaceable. At this point you've taken away all the things she can possibly offer you in the relationship, except sex. You've increased your value while decreasing her value to you. At this point if she truly loves you she will act how you want her to act. More sex, more affection, basically being more useful to you. If she doesnt then she just doesnt love you and it's best to next her. But look on the bright side, if you made it this far, nexting her would be easy cuz your value is so much higher.

Normally it can't be reversed. Once a girl knows you're beta she'll never forget. You can work on self-improvement, but she won't see it as well as other potentials.

You want to find a girl that matches your libido or wants to always make sure you are satisfied.

When you're her AF you'll get sex whenever you want.
