For those have been following the Depp v Heard trial, Depp has sued Heard for claiming abuse from him in this op ed that Heard wrote:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/ive-seen-how-institutions-protect-men-accused-of-abuse-heres-what-we-can-do/2018/12/18/71fd876a-02ed-11e9-b5df-5d3874f1ac36_story.html

In this article, she defames her ex husband Johhny Depp for abusing her. However, most of the article is about how women are oppressed and men are privileged.

However, in private when talking to Johnny, she says "Tell the world Johnny! Tell them Johnny Depp 'I Johnny Depp...a man...I'm a victim too of domestic violence' And I, you know, it's a fair fight. And see how many people believe or side with you!"

So she essentially lied about those other things in the op ed as well. She is just as much a believer in female privilege as I am, yet pretends otherwise in public for other goals she has. I wonder how many other feminists this applies to?
