So I did something shitty. I slept with a woman who was married. She came unto me after inviting me over and we did the deed. She even gave me permission to record it. Later she feels bad and tells her husband. She tries to save her marriage and tells him that I raped her. I then go to court to fight a sexual violence protective order and the judge believes me when I talk about the video.

After that case is thrown out she accuses me of rape and presses criminal charges. I now again have to show the video.

I was advised to sue her for defamation because of the first thing but I was like “nah I done enough damage by caving in to her advances “ but now it’s just another level to accuse me of rape.

Obviously the video will clear me of that too.

But I’m mad man , I’m frustrated this person is trying to ruin my life. What can I do ? Can I get her kicked out of the military ? Please help
