In this article julie bindel says the reason behind "Why is rape so easy to get away with?" is that police don't believe accusations, courts require evidence, and Men aren't immediately imprisoned on word alone. She quotes another bigot who claims, without merit, that 'Restorative Justice' (ie, not putting Men in jail, asking for the truth, allowing people to better themselves, or victims to heal instead of waiting for a police state to rise up and save them from Men) is a dangerous idea.

What's great about this is it isn't just a singular hypocrisy, it's an entire life wasted on hatred she doesn't even believe in.

Personally, I believe the victim. There is nothing creepier than a lesbian obsessively following the sexuality of straight women and trying to 'save them' from sex. It's the ancient simp/predator tactic associated with male feminists and frankly, I can see in the victims eyes that she's telling the truth. I can't believe the courts would allow an accused rapist to not only live outside of a prison, but bully victims with libel lawsuits and publish articles about them. We truly live in a rape culture.
