I mean... yes, of course? But why black men and boys in particular? Why not just men? Why not Mexican men, Asian men, white men?

We're all in this shitty situation together, why are we continuously dividing people up into groups who deserve it and groups we're not even going to bother mentioning because who cares about anybody outside of our oppressed minority special interest group?

I don't believe this quote from the article. Men learn early that if you express your emotions you are punished double. It has nothing to do with being manly and everything to do with not being a trouble maker.

Because society enforces the idea that men must neglect their emotional and mental well-being to be considered “manly,” many Black men suffer in silence.

Many BM problems are caused by misandry and not racism. They won't address it as such because then they have to accept that misandry is real.
