If you are being paid just join in, there's no real reason not to u less they expect it on your time.

I honestly don't care about any of it, I want to get on with my life and let others do the same, but if I'm being paid I will join the events with a smile, and still not care lmao.

Anyone have any advice on how I may politely decline an invitation to be involved in Pride Month activities in the workplace - even if everyone is expected to participate?

Just participate. If you decline it, you'll probably be treated with suspicion.

If it's remote, just log into the meeting, camera off, turn down your speakers so they are just loud enough in case someone says your name, then do something else.
