I'm looking for recommendations of a support group consisting of the following:

  • - Free
  • - Video calls (but where I can disable my camera and talk with audio only)
  • - Regular meetings (online)
  • - UK based (although not essential)

I've looked on Google but struggling to find anything, most seem to be in-person meetings or you have to pay. Also some require a camera as being compulsory.

If anyone has any suggestions that would be great.
