I got kicked out & banned from that God awful reddit group that would sympathise with this woman. All because I said that both rape & false rape allegations can be weaponised in order to destroy someone's life & should carry the same sentence. 2 years is a joke, he would of received a shit tonne more time if found guilty

Should be more than 2 years IMO. It should be whatever the accused would have gotten if they were found guilty. And if the accused dies either by suicide or mob justice then the accuser should get the death penalty.

I know the latter is not likely to happen but the former seems somewhat possible, and this is actually really heartening news that makes me think we might get there someday. Hopefully false accusers will start to think twice about it.

i think if someone falsely accuses someone they should get at least 150% of the sentence the accused would have gotten.

I'm inclined to believe she has done this numerous times before.[ Its not admissible in court ( U. S. anyway ) that the accuser has a history of false accusations. But the court is aware of priors. ...... I'm so cynical, now. I never believe the cops, courts, and politicians do a single act because of integrity. I see it as a slimeball* prosecutor who is tired of this clown. She shows how even a semi-retarded, habitual liar can destroy a man.......
