When I’m really feeling my oats its on the sofa, like 20min into an evening movie (1), then when put her to bed (2), when I wake at 5am (3) and then once more before work (4),at 8 I guess. But 2-3 times a week I’ll drop the first and last sessions.

Your question is implying that you can't find the time to have sex because you are too busy. But if that were true, you probably wouldn't be here because men who find this place want to have sex, can easily think of plenty of times when they try, but their wives won't have sex with them.

I'm going to assume you're full of shit and the latter is true. Pick up something heavy, use your mouth less for eating and talking, and read the sidebar.

3 kids aged 6 to 11.

Remodeling a 180yo farm house on 2 acres with 50x100' vegetable garden.

Two vehicles to maintain.

M -F work 50hrs with 1/2 hr commute each way

Friday night dinner out with the wife.

Saturday morning sport practices.

Saturday night sports with the wife. Showers, wine, lingerie, games.

Every other Sunday with extended family.

Once a month Saturday bonefire/party get together with friends.

Life is good. You make the time.
