I'm a wildly insecure woman and heartily opposed to modern feminism, fwiw. I think the women who support modern feminism aren't insecure, but controlling.

Some of both, but I think feminism promotes insecurity in women. Feminism convinces women they are oppressed victims. It convinces women they are in constant danger of being raped and that they have little hope of succeeding in “a man’s world”. These and other such messages breed insecurity

I don't see this one. My wife is insecure. She's also the opposite of a feminist.

I think there are a lot of correlations that can be found, but insecurity isn't one of them.

This has something to do with a mental issues, because feminists contradict the basic logic.
